Remote Work Ready.
A certification synonymous with remote reliability. So remote work actually works.
Becoming the standard.
Remote work is the new normal, but accommodation standards haven’t quite caught up yet. “Good Wi‑Fi" tells you nothing about stability, workspace, background, or whether you can be certain of uninterrupted work.
We started RWR after too many stays that looked perfect on paper, then failed at the basics: unstable internet, nowhere to take calls, and no means of certainty before booking.
Our goal is simple: set a clear, objective standard for hosts to meet and remote workers to trust. So that remote work actually works.
A clear, evidence‑based certification process.
Certification is designed to be simple for hosts and highly trustworthy for remote workers. Every badge is backed by documented evidence and periodic re‑verification.

Detailed scoring framework used to evaluate connectivity, workspace quality, privacy, video readiness, and operational reliability.

Frequently asked questions.
If your question is not answered below, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our team.
What is an RWR Certification?
An RWR Certification is the standard for stays that support full‑time remote work: verified Wi‑Fi, call‑ready setups, a clear RWR Score and periodic re-evaltion. So you have peace of mind when booking accommodation.
How do you verify Wi‑Fi?
We conduct tests from the workspace location at different times of the day. Please see our certification standard for more details of our Wifi criteria.
Do you handle bookings?
Not at the moment. We focus on certification and trust. Booking integrations will come later.
What does certification cost?
Pricing will vary by city and number of properties. Early partners get priority placement and discounted renewal. Our pricing is extremely conservative when considered against the estimated review growth for our partners.
How long does certification take?
Our team reviews each submission thoroughly and follow ups may be required. If succesful, we aim to issue certifications with two weeks.
Why should I certify?
Because verified properties get chosen first. Remote workers don’t gamble on their workspace. Certification signals reliability, helping you stand out and win longer, more profitable bookings.
